Ruhr District Tour 19 Tales of witches, ghosts, hidden treasures and the Bopp of Broich
For this year we arranged something completely "new" for you. We want to leave established ways and direct you on the paths of the past into really fabulous and long forgotten worlds of the Ruhr valley.
This twilight tour leads you by bus via the Monastery Saarn through the Ruhr valley south to Kettwig and back on the other side of the river to Castle Styrum with a subsequent visit of Speldorf back to the Castle Broich - across the world of legends of Mülheim and Kettwig.
You may listen to mysterious stories of a ghost mass, a shepherd with magic potency, a fixed carter, two cruel lords of a castle, real or supposed werewolves, a hidden treasure, the wild hunter, the witches of Speldorf and the "Bopp of Broich".
Finally we invite you to a a magic drink ("mölmscher Spöökesmeeker-Trunk") in the Castle Broich.
