1. Reservations and Payments:
Reservations can be done by phone, mail or e-mail. When confirmed by Tour Service Ruhr your reservation becomes obligatory and payment of the announced price has to be done. Obligation to pay also results from tour participation without reservation.
If you make a reservation for more than one person, you are liable for all of them. Payments must be done in advance - at the latest on the day the tour starts.
If Tour Service Ruhr is only acting as an agent, the organizers terms and conditions are valid.
2. What is included:
What the payment includes depends on the description of the tour on our Web site www.tourserviceruhr.de or other publications and is stipulated in your reservation and confirmation.
3. Reservation Changes:
If it is necessary to change an already booked tour, we will inform you immediately if possible. If it is a considerable change you will be entitled to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund or make a free change of reservation.
If you make changes to your reservation Tour Service Ruhr is entitled to demand a reasonable administrative charge. A free change of reservation to another tour which organizes Tour Service Ruhr is possible until four weeks before departure.
A change of reservation within four weeks before departure is a cancellation.
4. Cancellations:
You may cancel your tour at any time before departure. It is recommended to do so in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated as of the date we receive your cancellation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions:
28-15 days prior to departure 25% of total price
14-7 days prior to departure 50% of total price
6-4 days prior to departure 75% of total price
3-0 days prior to departure 95% of total price
Tour Service Ruhr reserves the right of cancellation in the following cases:
until 10 days before departure if there are less than the indicated minimum of participants. In that case you will receice a full refund of amounts paid to Tour Service Ruhr.
if the total price is not paid until the fixed time.
without notice if despite warning a participant is continually disturbing a tour or acting against the regulations.
a force majeure risk.
5. Responsibility:
Tour Service Ruhr is responsible for the conscientious preparation of a tour, the careful selection and control of a supplier, the correctness of the tour description, the regular provision of all booked services.
Tour Service Ruhr is not responsible for any negligant or willful act or failure to act of any supplier or of any third party.
Without limitation, Tour Service Ruhr is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property or inconvenience with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from acts of God or force majeure
or personal negligence of a participant. The participation is at your own risk. Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Obligation to co-operate:
In case of need the participants are obligated to do everything reasonable to help succeeding in overcoming the occurred difficulties.
7. Liability
If a tour participant wants to assert a claim against
Tour Service Ruhr, z.Hd. Stephan Haas, Rückertstr. 12, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr,
it must be commenced within one month following the date of tour completion. Afterwards a claim only can be asserted, if it was not the participants fault to let the term expire.
Some claims become time-barred a year after the date of tour completion. The assignment of any claim to a third party is excluded.
